This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, right in the centre of Cannes is truly ideal for congresses and holiday rentals. Located just off the famous Rue d'Antibes shopping street and minutes from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. It is on the fourth floor of a Bourgeois building (there is no elevator) on a quiet street, and the bedrooms look out over the roof tops of Cannes, so you will get a quiet nights sleep although you are right in the centre of town.

The apartment was completely redecorated to a high standard with hand made soft furnishings, and equipped with high quality bedding which has been well kept. The two main bedrooms have a lot of natural light with two large single beds in each. The third bedroom, advertised as the sitting area, has a double sofa bed and a flat screen LCD TV. You walk through this room to get to one of the bedrooms.

The living and dining room is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV, a DVD player and Wifi internet access, a large dining table and a very comfortable convertible couch. The apartment is generally very well equipped, including the kitchen which is spacious and has a breakfast table. The two bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.

Le logement est très bien située à 10 minutes du port Canto à pied, à quelques mètres de la Croisette. Logement calme dans un quartier sympa de Cannes. Tout est fournis pour une entrée dans le logement agréable (eau fraîche, thé, café ...)
Déception cependant au regard du logement, logement vieillot, seul 2 chambres privées sur 4 annoncées, deux chambres reliées avec porte entre les deux absentes. Literie à revoir (dans le salon et dans les chambres). Les prises électriques anciennes ne fonctionnent pas toutes de même que la télévision. Mauvaise odeur dans les toilettes du couloir. Manque cruellement de vaisselle, 3 verres à eau pour un logement donné pour 6 à 8 personnes.

Peut-être avons nous manqué d'attention au moment de la résa, mais quelques améliorations seraient pertinente pour les futurs voyageurs au vu du potentielle de la localisation.

The accommodation is very well located 10 minutes from the Canto port on foot, a few meters from the Croisette. Quiet accommodation in a nice area of Cannes. Everything is provided for a pleasant entry into the accommodation (fresh water, tea, coffee ...)
Disappointment however regarding the accommodation, old accommodation, only 2 private rooms out of 4 advertised, two rooms connected with door between the two missing. Bedding to be reviewed (in the living room and in the bedrooms). The old electrical outlets do not all work nor does the television. Bad smell in the toilets in the corridor. Seriously lacking in dishes, 3 water glasses for accommodation given for 6 to 8 people.

Perhaps we were not careful when booking, but some improvements would be relevant for future travelers given the potential of the location.

The apartment is as described. It is comfortable and functional and convenient for the old town area. If you don't like or are not able for steep hills and flights of stairs it is not the place for you but overall I would recommend it for business or pleasure. The property manager, Virginie, is responsive and helpful.

A family of five including two teenagers spent the week in this lovely apartment. Well appointed, with comfortable beds and three en suite bathrooms so we all had our own space. The apartment has wonderful views of the old part of Cannes and is close to the fantastic Forville Market. Infinite number of bars and restaurants nearby too.
Easy walking distance to beaches, the bus and train station.
Highly recommended!

Yes we enjoyed our stay. The 3 bed roomed apartment is right near the center of Cannes. Cross over the sunken highway and you are there in the town. It is an attractive short walk downhill to the harbour and sea. Many restaurants are right there spilling out on to the narrow lanes. The apartment is well equipped including a washing machine. There is a Casino supermarket nearby, and the market is a short walk. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is useful. The apartment has a balcony and air conditioning. Behind the apartment is a school and the early morning playground noise is a happy way to wake up. We had a great stay and found this apartment to be ideal for three single people.

We stayed at the Mandariniers for 2 weeks in late autumn and had the best time ever. We accompanied our son who went to langugage school in Cannes and we all enjoyed the very central location. He could walk to his language school while we strolled through Cannes and profited from the nearby markets and beaches. The apartement easily fits 4-5 persons and is immaculately maintained.

The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and provide you with any information you might require. The apartment is well-equipped with all sorts of facilities. We highly recommend this place.
