Pros: Fantastic location, you feel as if you are on the beach. The views are incredible and you’re close to the local water sports and activities. Easy walk down Le Croisette to the centre of Cannes.
Cons: The air-conditioning doesn’t work and the flat holds the heat. We had to keep the shutters in the bedrooms down all day to keep the bedrooms as cool as possible. We had to ask for another fan as one of the fans were broken and the rooms were sweltering at night. Unfortunately we only received the second fan two nights before we left, would have been nice to have this from the beginning. The flat is also a little dated and could do with a deep clean.
Would we stay here again? Yes, but hopefully the air-conditioning will be working by then.

Yes this was a very nice experience. the Apartment is very clean and lite, and its well located. It is just around the Palm Beach Casino 'corner', so that me and my family lived in wonderfull peace - with beach just infront of the door.Supermarkets and good restaurant services all within 30 sec to 2 minute walking distance. A bus for 1 euro to the Palace. I was able to work the festival efficiently, and the other four: my wife, our 18 & 19 year old daughters and our 11 year old son enjoyed Cannes and the Coté most comfortably living exactly here and in this particular Apartment. It is easy to recommend. I've shot films around the world .. this was a good Apartment to stay for 1-2 weeks. It is a safe choice, yes.
