You go up the stairs to the 4th floor, which is the top floor of the building, and enter the studio which is entirely self contained and has a large double bed, small work space and an integrated kitchen which has a microwave + convection oven, a hotplate and coffe making equipment so as to be self reliant entirely.

There is a modern bathroom with full size, modern fitted shower unit and WC, all of a good quality and which function excellently

The apartment is also fully air conditioned, and has a large skylight style window which opens up nicely to let in lots of natural light and also affords a great view out over the town rooftops with La Californie Hills behind!
