Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with most things you might need such as a fridge/freezer, a 4 ring gas hob cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a breakfast bar area with four chairs – perfect for social dining.

The living area is light and airy thanks to the large terrace doors. There are two comfortable sofas in the living area which can both be converted into double sofa beds. There is a television and plenty of storage space. The lovely terrace can be accessed via the living room where there is outside seating and chairs. It is the most pleasant place with no overlooking properties.

Walking past the kitchen, to the left is the bedroom. In here there is a comfortable double bed (140 x 200) and small fitted wardrobe. This bedroom is light and spacious thanks to the large doors which give access to the terrace.

Next to the bedroom is the separate W.C. Then, to the right is the shower room in which you can find a spacious shower and sink. In here there is also a top loading washing machine and a separate dryer.
