Casa Nova 3
Overview
Stunning three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in the centre of Cannes, just off Rue d'Antibes and a couple of minutes from the Palais, the epitome of luxury.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical bourgeoisie building with no lift. Just outside the apartment are many great restaurants and several supermarkets only minutes away. The location is very convenient for those attending a congress as the Palais des Festivals is only a couple of minutes away.
The decor is tasteful and luxurious, with no expense spared. On entering the apartment there is a spacious open plan living and dining area. The interiors and furniture channel a great mixture of modern and antique to create a truly beautiful effect. There are two large and comfortable arm chairs from which to watch a large screen TV with Blue Ray and DVD player. There is also a large comfortable sofa, perfect position from which to watch your TV.
The dining area can seat four people around its antique chairs, accentuated by gilded mirrors and tastefully chosen art pieces. The American style kitchen is impeccably well-equipped. It is equipped with every appliance needed to make great meals for yourself and fellow guests. The tiled floors and hardwood counters only elevate the sense of luxury. Moving through to the bedrooms, all of which are connected by one hallway.
The first bedroom is relatively small compared to the other bedrooms but very cosy with a special mezzanine feature. There is a single bed on the ground floor and then up on the mezzanine there is a comfortable double bed. Attention needs to be paid here as there is not much head room on the mezzanine level. This bedroom has a walk in en-suite shower, decorated in a Swedish style with marble and pine tops.
The second bedroom boasts a Queen sized double bed. There is lots of storage in this room with antique wardrobes and chests as well as large cupboards. This bedroom is light and airy with plenty of natural light from the large windows. The deluxe quality of the apartment is evident from the plush bed, the miniature chandelier and the en suite marble tiled shower room. Bursts of colour brought from the art featured in each bedroom of the apartment make you feel welcome and at home.
Opposite is the Master Bedroom with direct access to the large terrace. This bedroom is the height of luxury in the apartment with a large King size bed in the centre of the room, with lots of floor space and high ceilings. The renovation has maintained the original moldings of the apartment. This combined with the antique furniture gives a sense of Romantic European style. The focal point of the room is the large chandelier over head, providing plenty of light along with the large french windows.
The en suite of this bedroom is extravagant with tiled floors, pine sinks and a walk in Italian waterfall style shower. The renovators have avoided installing air conditioning units that could ruin the aesthetic of the apartment. Instead there is a very high quality ventilation system throughout that can be easily altered to your personal preferences by remote control. This system is a reserve air system and can therefore provide warm air and heating in the winter months.
The apartment is equipped with internet as well as a a large sunny terrace. This is the perfect apartment for anyone looking for a slice of Riviera glamour. The luxurious interiors and the central location make this the perfect base to explore the city or attend one of the conferences in comfort and style. You can also combine Casa Nova 2 and Casa Nova 3 to make a five bedroom apartment as both apartments are on the same floor in the same building.
Bedroom 1 has full ensuite shower room with WC Bedroom 2 has shower room Bedroom 3 has shower room There is a guest WC for joint use by bedroom 2 and 3 Please contact us for any further information.
