Penthouse in the centre of Cannes. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large terrace and views over the city of Cannes. Bristol Penthouse is located in a well kept building. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and boasts a very well furnished living area. There is a large modern open plan kitchen that is fitted with the latest appliances. Guests can happily cater for themselves. There is a breakfast bar with high stools at the kitchen counter.

The living area is large and comfortable with a large flat screen TV and a very big couch. The room is spacious and light. The master bedroom has a large double bed and its own en suite bathroom with private access to the front terrace. It also has a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own private terrace. There is also a wall-mounted TV in this room. The second shower room and WC is in the hallway.

The terrace comes with great furnishings, palm trees and a dining area for six. The apartment is equipped with internet access and satellite TV. There is also a washing machine. The living area is air conditioned, but not the bedrooms. The Palais des festivals is a 5 min walk away, the city centre only a couple of minutes and the beaches are a very short walk away. Please note that the jacuzzi seen in the outside pictures is not for rental use and there is no elevator in the building.

Fräsch och modern lägenhet med en fantastisk altan. Läget var bra på gångavstånd från butiker, restauranger och stranden. Nackdel om man har bil med sig då det närmaste public garaget kostar mycket.

This apartment is great. A very comfortable 2 bedroom with bright, open, living areas and two comfortable bedrooms. Suitable for individuals and families. The building is new, clean, and well located just to the north of the Gare. The superintendent was very helpful on several occasions. An easy walk to the Suquet, the old town, and La Croisette. The management agency was extremely helpful, as was their representative Margot. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect Location close to the city center, terrasse enjoyable

The appartment is in an quite new appartment house close to the center. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach. The appartment itself is with 2 bedroooms, 2 bath and one living room with kitchenn well eqzipped and modern style. The terrasse is definitely a seller and gives a very open feeling.
Cleanness of the terasse and the the kitchen articles could be improved for the price. One of the bathrooms could look nicer by adding a door to seperate the bathroom from the boiler and the cleaning supply.

We stayed here for a tradeshow that we were attending, and it was not only a great location for the Palais and so on, but we loved the fact that in just a few minutes we could be out of the Palais and back to a quiet, tranquil environment where we could wind down and review the day on the great terrace.
