The living area is very spacious, it has a sitting area with a tv and a small table and chairs for board games.

There is a lovely dining area with a table and chairs for 8 and large windows overloking the garden and pool.

The kitchen is very well appointed and equipped, has a door out to a terrace and is separate from the living area and dining area.

The garden around the house is flat, with a great pool overlooking the valley. There is a large parking area at the back of the house and an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue and a pizza oven.

The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, Nice airport is a 40 minute drive away, the nearest sandy baches are in the lovely village of La Napoule, which is a 15/20 minute drive and Cannes center (and beaches!) is also a 20 minute drive.
