From the entrance, access the basement level, there is a lovely bedroom with a double bed and it's own en-suite shower and washbasin.

Also from the entrance, access the top floor, where you will find the second bedroom with a double bed and it's en-suite shower room.

The house is nicely furnished and very well equipped with Wi-Fi, apple tv, air con amongst other things.

A few meters walk to many restaurants and nice bars, art galleries, sculptures in the street, a play area for children, lovely views and much more.
