The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood, with amazing open views overlooking the sea, the lake, the village and the whole valley below.

There is a private pool in front of the house and a nice garden and an area to play "Petanque".

Enter the villa into the dining area with large bay windows and a table for 6. The kitchen is on the same level, fully equipped.
The master bedroom with two single beds (which can also be made up as a double and an en-suite shower room with a toilet are also on the ground level.

There is a guest toilet in the entrance of the villa.

Up the stair case you have a beautiful and comfortable sitting room, with a TV, comfortable sofas and amazing views through the bay windows. From the sitting room you can access a terrace with panoramic open views.

Also on this level is a full shower room and a second bedroom with a double bed.

Up a few more stairs there is a mezzanine with two extra single beds in case you have guests.

All the room are air conditioned and the villa is equipped with wifi.
