This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the second floor of an ancient Cannois building (no lift) right in the heart of the old town of Cannes, set on an attractive street typical of the area, which leads up to the Museum of Le Suquet. The decoration is in the Provencal style and is comfortable and attractive. On entry, one sees the open living area which is lovely and simple, and which has a little balcony with a typical, calm Old Town street view.

Each of the 2 bedrooms can sleep 2 separately in single beds. The kitchen is open plan to the living room, and is small but fully equipped and pleasant to work in. There is also a dishwasher. The very pretty bathroom is fully-fitted with a full-sized bath and fittings. There is a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Apartment is amazing. Very good, enough clean and stylish, all what’s needed for life is there. Owner met us at comfortable time, communication was super nice. But I want to note the location. If you are lazy as me, be ready to achieve many stairs ?? Building is located in upper street, so u need to go up and down stairs everyday.

Nice apartment, close to the beach and the bustling old town with all its restaurants and shops. I do think the kitchen could use an update regarding appliances though. You really need cooking knives and a cutting board in a kitchen. And you really don’t need nine champagne glasses in an apartment for four people.
The communication with Lao was not perfect. Since we hadn’t received check in information I sent him a message six days prior to check in. Then another one three days prior to check in until he finally answered two days prior. A bit to close in my opinion!
